What materials are your products made from?

Our pieces are made using high-grade PETG, wood, brass, stainless steel, etc., with ongoing exploration into new materials and finishes.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most pieces take 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation/placed. If you have a deadline, let us know at the time of enquiry/shopping and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.

How do I care for my House of Katachi piece?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Our designs are created to last, to be repaired, and to return. When a product no longer fits your space or needs, you can send it back to us and we will thoughtfully renew it for its next chapter.
